Service submissive
What it is
A Service submissive gets fulfilment from being useful: doing things for a partner and being appreciated for it.
What it can look like
Cooking, cleaning, running a bath or giving a massage. Doing tasks well and being praised. Thinking ahead about what a partner needs.

Not the same as
Being a doormat. The service is a gift, given freely, and it should be valued.
Doing it safely
Watch for being taken for granted. Service should feel good, not draining. It's okay to say what kind of appreciation you need.
