Boy
What it is
Boy is a playful, younger-feeling submissive role between adults, usually with a dominant partner. Unlike Little, it isn't about a childlike headspace.
What it can look like
Being called "boy" or "good boy". Cheeky obedience. Being guided and praised by a more experienced partner.

Not the same as
Little. And nothing to do with real children, ever.

Agree which names and words feel good and which don't.
