Bottom
What it is
A Bottom is the one having things done to them. It's about receiving, not about handing over control.
What it can look like
Being tied, spanked, teased or touched. Sometimes calling the shots ("harder", "slower") while the top does the work.
Often pairs with
Top, Rigger, Sadist, Service top.
Not the same as
Submissive. A Bottom can be very much in charge of the scene and still be on the receiving end.
Doing it safely
Speak up. You know your body best, so tell your top what's working and what isn't. Use your safeword the moment you need it.
