What it is
A Degradee enjoys being humiliated or degraded by someone they trust.
What it can look like
Being called names. Doing embarrassing things on command. Feeling small, and loving it in the moment.

Low self-esteem. Plenty of confident people love this. It's a game you choose.
Doing it safely
Be clear about which words or topics are off limits, especially anything about your body, race, gender or past. Plan aftercare, because a drop afterwards is common.
