Drop

Sub drop (or top drop, or dom drop) is a low feeling that can hit hours or days after a scene, when the rush wears off. It's common and normal.

Plan for it: check in the next day, be kind to yourself, eat, rest, and talk to your partner. If it's lasting or getting worse, reach out to someone.
